Holds... The suggested starter package includes; one standard bolt wrench, 10 additional extra t-nuts, 6 bolt on holds, 2 screw on holds, 4 foot chips, 6 hold bolts, enough screw to mount the screw on holds and 4 screws to mount the board to your basement or garage wall/studs. |

| The Board... Premium 3/4 inch, sanded edges, primed and painted (2 coats), 27 drilled holes, preinstalled t-nuts (each one is tested and seated to avoid problems). The board is also predrilled in 4 places 16" on center to mount to a garage or basement studded wall. |
