Its hard to see from the pics - but this set has some 'fresh' edges - they climb like a virgin rock face. Many of the popular areas around here are soft and smooth from SO many climbers. This copies a rock that's never been climbed. This is fantastic for getting you hands ready for outdoors. WARNING - don't buy these if you have tender hands, unless you're trying to build up some tough skin.
